What the documented actual terms include

The real conditions: a minimum 30-day usage period before a return is accepted, only unopened and sealed bottles qualify, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and your original shipping cost is not refunded.

Under these terms, a partial refund on an opened, used product return could realistically be roughly 80% of the product price for that bottle, minus your own return shipping cost — meaningfully narrower than ‘full refund, no questions asked’ suggests.
